Box - you will receive a boxed product by FedEx, UPS or USPS, to the address given during payment.
Downloads - You will receive an email shortly, with download link and/or serial numbers. Orders processed during business hours, so if you have placed your order
outside of these hours, there may be a slight delay in receiving your product.
Downloads are not returnable. Box products, unopened packages are returnable only. Returns must be placed within 30 days.
